1. Agreement

By using the AISC website (aisensingcompany.com) or participating in our waitlist or presale, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.

2. Presale and reservation

A $55 presale payment reserves your spot in line for the Pioneer Putting Training Device. The final selling price of the device is to be determined. The first 1,000 orders are eligible for custom engraving as described on our presale page. We will communicate fulfillment and pricing details to you as we approach launch.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it without permission, or use it in a way that harms us or others.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site (including text, logos, and images) is owned by AISC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

5. Disclaimer

Our site and any product information are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Product specifications and availability are subject to change.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AISC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the presale, except where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
